"His affidavit is attached to the pleadings of Lin Wood and the lawsuit he filed in Georgia. ... As soon as he saw multiple states shut down the voting on the night of the election, he knew the same thing was happening here."Citing various "spikes" in the vote counts at different times, Powell then alleged the software then yanked votes from Trump."In terms of the level of corruption we are looking at here, we have no idea how many Republican or Democratic candidates … paid to have the system rigged to work for them," she added.Dominion has "categorically" denied charges of fraud, such as vote-switching, and software errors.A panel of voting technology companies, including Dominion, issued a joint response with the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency on Nov. 11, rebuking the allegations."There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised," the statement reads."Trump won by a landslide, and we are going to prove it, and we are going to reclaim the United States of America for the people who vote for freedom," Powell said. She encouraged the public to download and "read" the voting software.Trump, during the conference, tweeted that the allegations were "an open and shut case of voter fraud. Massive numbers!"if Trump doesn't win the election, "no election will be secure from here on out," said Ellis."This is not a Law and Order episode that can be wrapped up in 60 minutes," she said, in effect pleading for more time. Ellis called the charges laid out "an opening statement."Citing sworn affidavits and allegations of election fraud in several states, including Pennsylvania, Trump's personal attorney, Giuliani, said the team had "enough to overturn any election."Giuliani, who throughout the press conference appeared to be troubled by hair dye dripping down his face, said that about 100,000 absentee ballots in Wisconsin were tallied that should not have been."If you count the lawful votes, Trump won Wisconsin," Giuliani said.Fraud was carried out by "Democratic bosses," he added. "They made significant mistakes, like all crooks do, and we caught 'em."He said the campaign was "about to file a major lawsuit in Georgia," with more litigation ahead, possibly in New Mexico and Arizona. The Trump campaign has charged voting irregularities in dozens of lawsuits since Election Day in a bid to slow the certification of state vote counts.Earlier in the day, the campaign said it was withdrawing a federal lawsuit in Michigan after securing its intended "relief": to halt certification of Wayne County's election results. On Tuesday, Giuliani made his first federal court appearance since 1992, representing the Trump campaign in a lawsuit to stop the vote certification process in Pennsylvania.(3) Trump lawyers lay out voter fraud cases in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsinhttps://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2020/nov/19/trumps-lawyers-challenge-results-pennsylvania-mich/By Alex Swoyer - The Washington Times - Updated: 3:31 p.m. onThursday, November 19, 2020President Trump’s legal team on Thursday accused Democrats of engaging in widespread voter fraud that, when rectified, will flip the projected outcome of the Nov. 3 election to a victory for the president. In a lengthy press conference in Washington, the president’s lawyers said there are enough ballots disputed in six states that could reverse the projected win of presumptive President-elect Joseph R. Biden — either through absentee balloting or by a flawed software system.Specifically, Rudolph Giuliani, the president’s personal attorney, detailed the numbers of conflicted mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin through litigation and recount efforts."We more than double the number of votes needed to overturn the election in terms of provable illegal ballots," Mr. Giuliani said. "This was a disgraceful thing that was done to this country."In Michigan, the Trump campaign said a truck pulled into a counting center in Detroit at 4:30 a.m. with only "Biden" ballots. They estimate about 50,000 of those were triple-counted."These ballots were produced very quickly, very swiftly," Mr. Giuliani said.Mr. Trump trails Mr. Biden in the state by about 155,606 votes. The campaign is also contesting roughly 40,000 ballots in Madison, Wisc., where they said absentee ballots were counted that did not have proper applications, which is dictated under state law. The president is behind in Wisconsin by roughly 20,608 votes. In Pennsylvania, the campaign has charged in federal court that roughly 670,000 ballots were counted without having GOP poll observers review them. They also say Democratic counties allowed voters to correct mail-in ballots, while GOP counties did not, creating a constitutional crisis.(4) Giuliani Repeats Unsubstantiated Claims of Broad Vote Fraud - NYThttps://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-11-19/trump-s-lawyer-giuliani-to-hold-news-conference-on-thursdayGiuliani Repeats Unsubstantiated Claims of Broad Vote FraudBy Josh Wingrove20 November 2020, 01:23 GMT+10 Updated on 20 November 2020, 07:00 GMT+10Trump’s lawyer says Democratic cities executed scheme Giuliani, Powell float conspiracy theories about electionRudy Giuliani and other lawyers leading President Donald Trump’s effort to overturn his defeat for re-election described a widespread and implausible fraud on behalf of Joe Biden in a news conference on Thursday, but they offered no new allegations and presented no evidence for their claims.Their allegations ranged from complaints that Republican observers weren’t allowed to observe vote-counting in Philadelphia and Detroit to a claim by Trump lawyer Sidney Powell that U.S. voting machines made by Dominion Voting Systems Inc. used software made in Venezuela at the direction of Hugo Chavez. Chavez, who served as the country’s president, died in 2013.Powell said her claim was substantiated by an affidavit filed with a lawsuit in Georgia. Dominion Voting Systems is an American company that has said it has no connection to Venezuela."President Trump won by a landslide," she said. "We are going to prove it."Biden’s campaign said the claims of widespread voter fraud were "categorically false.""Yet another Rudy Giuliani spectacle exposes, as his appearances always do, the absurdity of Donald Trump’s thoroughly discredited claims of voter fraud," Biden’s campaign said in a statement.Earlier Thursday, Trump tweeted that the news conference would show "a very clear and viable path to victory. Pieces are very nicely falling into place.""I don’t know if we’re going to have time to develop all that," Giuliani said of the claims about Venezuelan influence in the U.S. election, adding that Republican bogeymen such as financier George Soros were also involved.Trump’s lawyers spoke in front of a map that read, "multiple pathways to victory," with the states Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada and Arizona. The lawyers spoke without masks inside a conference room at the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington that was crowded with journalists. Giuliani, a former New York mayor, repeatedly mopped sweat off his face."This is real. This is not made up," Giuliani said. "I know crimes, I can smell ‘em"A third lawyer, Jenna Ellis, scolded news organizations for accurately reporting that Trump’s team has not shown evidence of widespread irregularities or fraud. During the news conference, Giuliani repeatedly said he couldn’t share the names of witnesses to the alleged conspiracy, saying they would be harassed."This is an elite strike force team that is working on behalf of the president and the campaign," Ellis said.Giuliani reviewed lawsuits Trump’s team has filed in Pennsylvania and Michigan that seek to stop the states from certifying their elections. But Giuliani said earlier Thursday that the campaign had voluntarily dismissed its Michigan suit, claiming it had achieved its goal after two Republican members of the canvassing board in the county that includes Detroit tried to rescind their votes in favor of certifying the county’s election.Michigan’s secretary of state has said the two board members can’t rescind their votes and that the next step is for the state canvassing board to certify Michigan’s election results.Giuliani said an additional suit would soon be filed in Georgia. The news conference drew criticism from the Trump administration’s former director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Christopher Krebs. Trump dismissed Krebs in a tweet on Tuesday after his agency called the Nov. 3 election "the most secure in American history.""That press conference was the most dangerous 1hr 45 minutes of television in American history," Krebs tweeted. "And possibly the craziest. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you’re lucky. On Wednesday, Giuliani described at length to a federal judge in Pennsylvania a vast but vague Democratic conspiracy to steal the election that justified the invalidation of hundreds of thousands of votes -- enough to flip the state from Biden to Trump.Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, blasted Giuliani on Thursday, saying he has "no facts to fit his client’s false narrative about election fraud."In case that thought pops in your head this morning, the answer is:No, Rudy is not smarter than folks give him credit for. He doesn’t have a legal strategy and he has no facts to fit his client’s false narrative about election fraud. Now carry on with your day. We got this.— Josh Shapiro (@JoshShapiroPA) November 19, 2020On Thursday, Giuliani repeated his complaints that Republican observers were kept too far away to be able to monitor ballot processing. Election officials across the country dispute that claim, saying Republican observers were present at all times.(Updates with Biden campaign statement in fifth paragraph, tweet from Krebs starting in 17th paragraph. There has been no evidence of widespread fraud.Biden clinched the race four days after the election when Pennsylvania turned blue, giving him more than 270 electoral votes. But Giuliani during a Thursday press conference continued to claim that there has been a widespread voter fraud plot across several states to help elect Biden."There’s not a singular vote fraud in one state. This pattern repeats itself in a number of states, almost exactly the same pattern," Giuliani said."It suggests there was a plan from a centralized place to execute these various acts of voter fraud, specifically focused on big cities, and specifically focused on big cities controlled by Democrats," he added.Affidavits that Giuliani brought up during the press conference have been rejected, with judges saying the allegations are not credible.Giuliani claimed that mail-in ballots can be counted fraudulently."It is easily susceptible to fraud, particularly if you have a plan or scheme," Giuliani said.In Pennsylvania, there were no inspections for hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots, he claimed. He went after Philadelphia, claiming without evidence that voters from across the river in New Jersey cast ballots in Philadelphia to tilt Pennsylvania blue."The number of voter fraud cases in Philadelphia could fill a library," Giuliani said.Trump earlier on Thursday tweeted, "Important News Conference today by lawyers on a very clear and viable path to victory. Pieces are very nicely falling into place."In response to a tweet about the president receiving 10 million more votes than in 2016, Trump tweeted, "And with these numbers, by far the highest for a sitting President, there was no way the Dems could have won, except through what we are learning now – A Rigged Election!"Twitter flagged the tweet, saying the claim about election fraud is disputed.Massachusetts Secretary of State William Galvin on Thursday called the Trump campaign’s claims and efforts in the courts "truly outrageous."(6) HammerDrillv2.0 Vault 7: CIA Hacking Tools RevealedFrom: chris lancenet <chrislancenet@gmail.com>https://wikileaks.org/ciav7p1/cms/page_17072172.htmlReleases DocumentsNavigation: » Directory » Operational Support Branch (OSB) » OSB Home » ProjectsOwner: User #71473HammerDrill v2.0SECRET//NOFORNHammerDrill v2.0Description:HammerDrill is a CD/DVD collection tool that collects directory walks and files to a configured directory and filename pattern as well as logging CD/DVD insertion and removal events. v2.0 adds a gap jumping capability that Trojans 32-bit executables as they are being burned to disc by Nero.
