Some months ago Counterpunch ran an article " Will We Ever See Al Jazeera’s Investigation Into the Israel Lobby?", by ROBERT FISK: In the last few days I have been checking which Left sites report on the newly-released Al Jazeera documentary on the Jewish Lobby in the USA. Yesterday, I sent an email to the Trotskyist site wsws.org, telling them where they can download the 4 episodes. Today I sent emails to wsws.org (again), Strategic Culture, Global Research, and Counterpunch. I generally find these sites quite good. But so far, only Global Research seems to have reported on this matter: https://www.globalresearch.ca/watch-the-film-the-israel-lobby-didnt-want-you-to-see/5658882 wsws.org, Strategic Culture, and Counterpunch do not seem to have covered it. To check, search each site for the word "lobby", sorting by date or specifying this month (i.e. Nov 2018). You could also search for "jazeera" as well. Does it matter? The Al Jazeera documentary shows that Israel is worried about the BDS campaign, and is trying to smear it as Far Right, whereas in fact it is Far Left. Exposing the Jewish Lobby is the most important strategy for solving the Mid-East crisis. Left activists can support BDS as much as they like, but only by bringing the Lobby's activities to public attention can there be any success. The term "Jewish Lobby" touches a raw nerve for many on the Left. But if they don't deal with it, they're only Fake Left. Therefore this is a litmus test for the Left. So far, wsws.org has failed the test. I would appreciate it if you, Reader, could help me monitor Left sites on this matter. There are many others apart from the ones I listed; could you check some?
